Refund Policy

At trymeleron.shop, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below to understand your options for returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered, provided the item:

  • Is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Has all original tags attached

  • Is returned in its original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or charged a restocking fee.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments)

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at ceo@cosignapparel.shop with the following:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

We will respond within 1–3 business days with further instructions.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item was defective

  • You received the wrong product

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and cannot make changes or cancellations.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately at ceo@cosignapparel.shop with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
